Strake S12
A four-passenger, twelve-foot aluminum jet boat, built by hand for water most boats have to turn around in.
One boat.No compromises.
A four-passenger, twelve-foot aluminum jet boat built around a Yamaha 1.8L SVHO marine engine. Fully welded 5052 and 5083 aluminum, a constant 12° deadrise with a delta pad and a reverse chine, and a half-inch UHMW bottom for the rocks and logs a remote river will eventually introduce you to. Cold-air intake, large-volume muffler and a sound-deadening kit, so the engine breathes and the aluminum stops rattling.

Everything thatmakes it go.
A Yamaha 1.8L SVHO marine engine, the jet unit it drives, and the aluminum that holds both of them in place.

Engine going in
Early on plane.Hard to unsettle.
Lift comes from the hull, thrust comes from the jet, and both arrive at the same time.

Nothing hangs below the hull, so the water you can use is the water the hull can float in. That is the whole argument for a jet.

Running the river
Thenumbers.
